Paul Edwards Fitness is launching Challenge 25 in partnership with Bespoke Fitness & Events
With the current Coronavirus situation isolating the nation i thought i would introduce Challenge 25.
What is it?
- You have to complete 25 workouts
- These can range from 20-60 minutes long
- Home workouts, walking, jogging, cycling
- You upload all workouts as a selfie, strava update of biking, running etc as evidence- collage it into one email and send us an email once you have completed all 25 workouts, then we can post out you're well earned hoodie.
How much and what do you get?
Its £35.00 for doing the challenge and you get a Challenge 25 Fitness Hoodie sent out to you once you have completed 25 workouts.
